MobileMonet HD

When it was available for free I downloaded and had a play with the iPad app MobileMonet HD

The original photo as taken by the Nikon S9050:

As processed by the app to produce a picture in the style of Claude Monet:

  2. Yes, very arty John :-)

I've just caught up with your last couple of posts and yes, the bird on yesterday's post does indeed look like a Fieldfare....well done! I haven't seen any so far this Winter in my garden but find apples are very attractive to them.

Mrs Great Tit may be very glad of your cosy nest box in the next few days if the weather forecast is correct! Of course on the up side it may bring some more Fieldfares etc. into your garden. That was a great photo of a Sparrowhawk by the way!

    1. I'm sure Mrs GT is in the right place now Jan. It was unusual to see a single Fieldfare. Had a look around the area but didn't spot any others.

  4. I love what it did to the tree branches on the left of the image, but I think i prefer the original for the sky. I hope you will show us the results on some other shots!
