Red Watches Brown

Once or twice each winter I catch a glimpse of a visiting Blackcap. This time it was a female which was being closely watched by a Robin.

    1. TWG. It was fascinating the way the Robin kept watching the Blackcap.

    1. Thank you Wilma. Sorry the 2nd didn't load for you. Maybe Flicker was having a hiccup. It seems to be working OK here.

    1. Roy. I did wonder whether the Robin would attack. In the end it was a Sparrow which scared the Blackcap away.

    1. Adrian. I don't see them very often. Usually in bad weather when food is scarce.
