Adrian: It is usually quicker and easier to get an effect in an app (application / program) with a specialist theme than battle with a universal program like Photoshop or Affinity Photo.
My preference is for the original. I can see using various apps to make a mediocre image better, but your image is so good to start with it doesn't need any help.

ReplyDeleteTWG: Some of the 'drawing' apps do a good job of making artificial sketches or paintings.
