Monday Mystery

Last week's mystery photo proved to be a bit easier to identify:

Ragged Robin, The Veg Artist and A Brit in Tennessee all correctly spotted it was

part of a bird feeder.  Well done.

I'm finding it harder to spot things to photo for this series but here goes.
Can you work out what this is part of?

    I'm guessing this week's puzzler is the plastic hanging hook of a flower basket !

    I keep looking at the latest photo and thinking I am sure I have seen one of those orange things somewhere! but having CRAFT moments and really can't remember where or what it was. So I am just going to have guess it is some sort of locking or opening mechanism for a gate!!!
