They used to be rare here not so many years ago. Now you can't get away from them.Midmarsh Johnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10980417659811194899noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8626959970978663576.post-45215610637626077612010-03-12T15:13:00.545+00:002010-03-12T15:13:00.545+00:00Lucky you John, I have never seen a Stock Dove. Unfortunately only the feathered variety though ;) You could have knocked me down with the proverbial feather when I saw so many on the lawn. They are only there early on, around 7 a.m., and gone by half past. Possibly en route from their roost to their normal feeding ground.

I hadn't heard of the term bow coo before. There are a few videos on YouTube. I've learned something new.Midmarsh Johnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10980417659811194899noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8626959970978663576.post-51696036754662355152010-03-11T22:00:12.146+00:002010-03-11T22:00:12.146+00:00Thank you Keith.
