Last week's WidsMob Montage modified photo was

a broken eggshell.
I found this in the middle of the garden. It appears to me to be the remains of a Woodpigeon egg. Whether it was discarded after the chick hatched or was stolen by a Magpie I can't tell.

This week's montage is

Montage 43

what?

If you would like to make a guess please leave your answer in the comments.
They will be revealed, along with the original photo, next Monday.

  1. Beautiful sunrises in your previous post. This global warming is giving us extremes of weather, South Wales has been battered by storms and heavy rain and then by Sunday afternoon it was like a summers day again.

  2. Ooh I was right about the egg or nearly right as I thought it was a hen's egg. This week it is berries. Not holly as leaves not prickly enough, not hawthorn leaves wrong shape. Not 100% sure as it could be something like cotoneaster but am going to guess Rose Hips????
