A Splash of Winter Colour

Walking through the churchyard a couple of days ago I spotted that the Winter Aconite are just beginning to flower:

  2. Always encouraging to see a splash of colour ... I was reading about them here, and although they are found in North America, I don't know if I've ever seen any!

    1. Glo. I think they are quite fussy about growing conditions. These are tight under some large trees. I have tried gathering some seed to plant at home but with no luck. I'm not allowed to dig any up to transplant!
