    1. Sandy: Song Thrushes use any hard substance they can find, stone, concrete path and even gravel this time.

  2. This is fascinating John - we never see a songthrush here these days and it is years since I saw one open its breakfast in this way.

    1. Weaver: I often hear the tell take noise of a Song Thrush opening a new meal, usually on the concrete paths. Unfortunately they are becoming rarer.
