Hanging basket:
with Winter flowering Pansies still going strong along with Russian Snowdrops and Hyacinths.
Planter:
more Pansies, Hyacinths and Russian Snowdrops along with a few Muscari.
As it was about 1C with a bitter wind my hands were feeling more than a bit blue when I took those photographs this morning.
They look grand. Good choice.

DeleteThose are so beautiful and such a lovely idea to have flowers all the same colour - I will remember the idea :)
ReplyDeleteRR: Thank you. I've not been really happy when I used mixed colours in the past so I though I would try variations on a single colour for a change. There are also blue dwarf iris in the baskets but, unfortunately, the flowers were very short lived.
