Tadpoles by the Hundred

Just sixteen days since I noticed the frog spawn in the garden pond.
Thought I would check to see how it was progressing:

These two short video clips don't show even half of what was there.
If they all mature into frogs I won't be able to move in the garden.

  1. If they all mature then it will be a long job mowing the lawn.

    1. Adrian: Funnily I didn't spot one frog leaping out of the way when I mowed the grass. Just dozens of ladybirds.

  3. Wow John, wow! You've definitely got great conditions in your pond. I can't begin to imagine that number of wriggling tadpoles in my pond. Haha I'm not even thinking about even a tenth of them as frogs moving through garden borders!
