A Different Hedgehog?

When I looked through the captured video from last night I was surprised to see what appears to be a different hedgehog visiting. H had been missing for three nights but had arrived again the previous night. This one has reflections from both eyes where only one of H's eyes shows under the IR lighting.

The swirling changes in illumination are caused by fog drifting through the IR amd LED lighting.

  4. Good to know there are at least two interested parties in Hedgie world coming for a feed already. Your camera setup works really well ~ good lighting and clear images. The hedgehog sitting IN the dish was funny. it seemed very curious the way it was nosing around and checking things out.

  5. Hello Glo. The Hedgehogs always end up sat in the dish. I put a different food in each corner, then I can see which interests them most. As their eyesight is so poor they have to nose around to find out what is there.

  6. Can you tell if the new one is a male? I do enjoy your videos of them.

  7. Hello Wilma. I have no idea as they either come when I am asleep or disappear rapidly if I try to approach them. The only way to tell is by picking them up and having a close look.
