In The Pink

Acquired a new (to me) iPhone 6s recently and now I think I've won the battle to set it up the way I want it to work it is time to give the 12M pixel camera a try out. I was pleased it seems to focus right down to a couple of inches. These were taken with the Camera+ app as I am used to it and find it less confusing than the app which comes with iOS:

These are as taken, no retouching or even cropping.

  1. They are good. DSLRs will soon become a niche interest item.

    1. Adrian: Possibly for many people though I couldn't do without a camera with a decent optical zoom.

  2. Good pictures Phone nowadays have good cameras. I have a motorola G4 and I'm pleased with the photos from it. Chives have attractive flowers as do many herbs, our sage is in flower at the moment and looks good.

  3. Beautiful set of images with lovely colours. My daughter takes some good photos with her i-phone. Sage and thyme are in flower here - the bees just flock to them :)

    1. RR: Not so very long ago the quality of phone cameras was a joke. Now they can give professional results.
