Adrian and Dave saw it was

a bird (peanut) feeder and Ellen D was spot on with saying it was acorn shaped.
Let's see whether there is enough of the new mystery close up

to identify it as what?
If you would like to make a guess please leave it in the comments.
Any will be revealed, along with the answer, next Monday.
Well I didn't get last weeks which is nothing new but I reckon this weeks is an egg shell.
ReplyDeleteA blackbirds egg.
ReplyDeleteOut of my league these days John. I have never seen a peanut feeder like that and I have no idea what this week's can be.
ReplyDeleteRobin's eggshell?
ReplyDeleteI love that I was "spot on" last week! Yay! I think this week it is a bird's eggshell. But I am not sure which kind of bird as often your birds seem different than the ones I see here in Illinois. Thanks, John!
ReplyDeleteI can see it now :) What a lovely feeder. This week I am going to guess a broken bird's egg. Not sure of species - possibly starling? There again I could be completely wrong! Hope you are staying safe and well.
