Whitebells

My bluebells are finally in full flower.
But what is that I see?

Yes - whitebells:

Must have been the shock of seeing me actually cutting the grass.
These are the cultivated variety which also have some of the pink ones amongst them.

  1. There used to be some white ones in the hens wood. They have mostly gone now though there are plenty of pink and pale blue ones. They must be cross pollinating or whatever it is they do.

  2. They serve to accentuate the blueness of the bluebells I think.
