A Splash of Colour

While my miniature narcissus are in full bloom other bulbs seem to be well behind them at the moment:

Colour popped in Compose Lite
Borders in PhotoScape X

Another new Serif Affinity Photo beta was released today. Still developing and improving.

  1. Beautiful flowers. BUT I am really confused - I thought those were daffodils?? I knew daffodils and jonquils when I was growing up in a much colder climate than here. When I consulted wikipedia it said they were all varieties of Narcissus. Do you use those other names or are they different flowers entirely over your way? I do wish English had stayed the same as it moved all over the Empire/Commonwealth - or should I be using a different word there also?

  2. It's done a good job. There is a bit of colour bleed but that is easily corrected. The fastest way for me is to select the bleeding and clone it away.

    1. You are correct Adrian. I thought I had corrected all the little bits of colour bleed. The program can correct them by using a 'paint back to b/w' brush.
